Visitors can mix and match offers to fit their individual travel plans, print a coupon, then present it to participating businesses for added value. The discounts are valid Nov. 6, 2009-Jan. 3, 2010.

Illuminations – More than 4,000 luminaries line the pathways of Botanica, The Wichita Gardens. The holiday tradition covers Botanica's 9.5 acres. Many of the garden's features are lit with twinkling white lights. The arbor in the Beverly Blue Garden is enhanced with nearly 1,000 lights expertly entwined to create wisteria vines. In total, thousands of lights combine with nature to create a stunning atmosphere. Illuminations takes place Nov. 27-29, Dec. 4-6 and Dec. 10-13, 2009. www.botanica.org.

The 2009 Arc Lights on St. Paul – This is a fund raiser for the Arc of Sedgwick County, a nonprofit organization that assists people with developmental disabilities. More than 130 displays and more than 1 million lights cover a three-block area with drive-through viewing. The fund-raising effort includes a photo opportunity with Santa. Lights on the Lake – This drive-through display has become a signature fund-raising event for Heartspring, a worldwide center for children with special needs. Last year, more than 25,000 people drove through the Heartspring campus to marvel at dozens of displays, thousands of lights and a 45-foot-tall tree of lights. This year's new custom displays include Candy Cane Court featuring 100 dancing lighted candy canes! Nov. 26-Dec.25, 2009. www.lightsonthelake.org.

Carriage Rides – Take a holiday carriage ride through the Bradley Fair shopping district. The district's annual holiday celebration includes a special lighting ceremony for a 35-foot Christmas tree on Nov. 21. Horse-drawn carriage rides Friday and Saturday evenings Nov. 20-Dec. 19, 2009. Miles of crystal lights outline the buildings while storefronts are decorated in colors of the season. The event benefits the Ronald McDonald House® of Wichita. www.bradleyfair.com/events.html.

Victorian Christmas – History buffs can get a taste for a holiday celebration straight from the 1870s at Wichita's Old Cowtown Museum. The 25-acre living-history museum is trimmed with greenery as reenactors welcome visitors into their homes to show traditions of Christmas past. Visitors will be entertained by carolers, musical performances and “The Night Before Christmas” play. Cowtown's A Victorian Christmas is open Dec. 4, 5 and 11, 2009. www.oldcowtown.org.
